In this track, Swamiji asks the listeners a very significant question–If one feels connected to God and joyous during prayer or worship, why not extend that joy to the whole day?

God is the source of everything and everything in the world is animated and activated by Him. When one thinks in this manner, his/ her mind expands to encompass the whole universe and connection with God becomes constant.

Shlokas chanted in the Track:

(Bhagavad Gita 10.8)

(Bhagavad Gita 7.27)

(Bhagavad Gita 5.19)
