Mind - At the Centre of All Experience

In this track, Swamiji expounds the message that Jnana or knowledge does not make one exclusive or secluded. True Jnana will make a seeker flexible and assimilative and enable him to lend himself to any situation without any conflict. A flexible mind is that which takes in whatever comes, and leaves whatever goes’.

Swamiji instructs us to delve into our mind and make it pure, not by force but by fondness, not by valour and heroism but by humility and a sense of attunement.

Mind is an expression of sentience. The whole of spirituality is getting into the mind and making it simple, innocent, pure, humble.
