Devotion Rests Completely on You

In this talk, Swamiji elaborates on the genesis of Devotion. At the outset, Swamiji questions whether by conventional devotional practices, the devotee’s mind has been purified.

Devotees must evaluate their own mind and discover whether all the virtues as described in the Bhagavad Gita are enriching and enlightening the mind and intelligence.

The qualities of a true devotee are so sublime and lofty that even the Lord follows the footsteps of a desireless devotee. The total reliance and supreme devotion to God or the Indwelling Presence, keeps the devotee ever happy and free.
