In this audio, Swamiji shares the secret of Spiritual sadhana. Samatva (equal vision) is the fundamental Sadhana to be practiced by a seeker.

We interact with the world using the five senses. The resultant impact of the interactions is felt in the mind in the form of Sukha (happiness) and duhkha (misery). The mind has to be trained to accept both sukha and duhkha equally. A seeker has to understand and assimilate this fundamental message of Bhagavad Gita and apply it in all his interactions with the world.

Shlokas chanted in the Track:

Bhagavad Gita 5.18
