Any knowledge gained, any practice being done, we should try relating with our mind and the benefits received by the mind. When the mind focuses on this point, “How is it to be applied to me?”, then the sadhana improves and we evolve.

शरण्यो लोकेशो मम भवतु कृष्णोऽक्षिविषयः॥
